I love the colors in this print, it is hard to tell if it is an original watercolor or just a print. Signed Cabot. Featuring a Vermont schoolhouse, and children outside, I especially love the flag. The frame does have some signs of wear and age, but you could easily paint the frame or have it reframed. Personally, I love Patina. Measures approximately 15 3/4 inches wide by 17 3/4 inches tall.
